We have a 24 hour emergency service which is accessed by phoning the usual number. This is diverted to the duty vet. If the vet is busy you will be given the opportunity to leave a message. Please always leave a contact number because we cannot retrieve your number from our phone system. The vet will be with you as soon as they can but if you have had no response from the vet within 30 minutes please phone again, in case the message did not go through.
