Routine and Emergency Visits:

Our normal hours for carrying out routine visits are;

Mon-Fri      0830-1730

Sat             0830-1300

Please call the office to arrange for a routine visit during these times.

Outside the above times we offer an out of hours, emergency service. Please call the usual number 01464 820235

You will be diverted to the phone of the on-call vet where you will either speak directly to the vet themselves or, if they are busy, be able to leave a message on their answer phone. Please always leave a contact number when you leave a message as we are unable to retrieve caller information from our phone system when the call is diverted. We will endeavour to return your call as soon as possible; if you have not heard back from the vet within 30 minutes of leaving your message please call again in case there has been a problem with the previous message.

Visits are charged based on the distance of the farm from the practice and priced in different bands (A-E) accordingly.

There is a supplementary charge for attending any call outside of the routine hours stated above.
